How do you know which one to use in your writing?
To, Too, and Two are all pronounced (spoken) the same way, but they have different meanings.
to: preposition - direction, toward, until
too: adverb - also, or more than enough
two: a number -2
I have to go to work tomorrow. Let’s go to the coffee shop.
Ana wants to go too. I ate too much pizza.
He’s only two years old. Two is only a number -- 2
We call words that have the same pronunciation, homophones.
